Resigning from the corporate world I discovered yoga after I was given a pass for 10 classes. I immediately fell in love and discovered a passion for the gentle guided postures and meditation practice which brought to the forefront much needed stress relief. Hard to believe this was 20 years ago.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) and a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider (YACEP).
I bring my intuitive and spontaneous teaching methods to my yoga classes where my approach to teaching is compassionate and heart centered.
What inspires you in your teaching?
I’m inspired by my clients, witnessing the improvement in mobility and mindfulness which they can introduce into their daily lives.
Which areas of yoga do you cover in your teaching?
I offer a mindful practice of slow movement and breathing techniques for a more mindful practice.
WORKSHOPS, TRAINING, TRIPS
I am I’ve attended workshops for Iyengar, Restorative and Anusara yoga in Indianapolis, IN. Participated in several 12 day Pranayama Meditation Intensives and 21day Integral Yoga Intensives in Raleigh, NC and USVI Yoga Retreat.
