Robin’s love of yoga began in 2017 as a component of her half-marathon training. It has since grown into a desire to dispel myths about yoga and share its many benefits with all types of people. She completed her 200-hr certification at Asheville Yoga Center in 2020, along with focused training in Yoga for Athletes and Yoga for Teens. Robin loves working with people of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities as they explore what practicing yoga offers.
Classes are geared toward recovery, be it from the corporate grind or a tough gym workout. Work on mobility, balance and core strength is explored in each class. Classes are on the gentle end of the spectrum, but still offering some challenge. All levels are welcome, especially beginners!
What inspires you in your teaching?
Nothing strengthens, stretches, and balances BOTH your mind and body like yoga.
Which areas of yoga do you cover in your teaching?
Vinyasa flow, breath work and some meditation.
